Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and modify SmartPlant P&ID; drawings.
Update existing P&IDs; based on mark-ups and redline comments.
Develop intelligent P&IDs; with complete database integration.
Maintain engineering consistency across all drawings.
Generate reports directly from the SPPID database.
Verify line numbers, equipment tags, valve tags, and instrument tags.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and client standards.
Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Civil teams.
Perform quality checks before submission.
Resolve SmartPlant database validation errors.
Manage symbol libraries and engineering templates.
Support migration/conversion projects from AutoCAD P&ID; to SmartPlant P&ID.;
Maintain document revisions and version control.
Prepare engineering deliverables within project schedules.
Participate in model reviews and client discussions when required.
