JOB DESCRIPTION:
Should have extensive experience in methodologies like WaterFall, VnV, and Agile Etc.
Experience in agile is a must
Good understanding of complete STLC (software Testing Life Cycle)
Should be well versed with Requirements Elicitation
Preparation of test scenarios in line with requirements
Should be well versed with test case designs for different test phases like regression, SIT, ST and UAT
Test case peer review
Well versed with all phases of software testing
Hands on with test workplace preparation and test case execution
Defect reporting
Identification of automatable test scenarios
Experience with functional automation tools like UFT / Selenium is a must
Test Summary Report preparation
Work closely with the Development team for fixing of the defects
Documenting Lessons Learnt Best Practises and socialize
Should be able to Communicate well with Test Lead / Manager
Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
Valuable communication skills
Sound interpersonal and team working skills
QUALIFICATIONS
B-tech, MCA, M-tech from reputed Colleges
