Produce estimates based on collected contractual data, financial requirements and the scope of work and services.

Analyzes specifications, including scope documents, drawings, blueprints, bills of material, and historical data and calculates project costs using labor and material pricing schedules.

Prepares the estimate by the work breakdown structure and code of accounts.

Maintains close liaison with and provides necessary input to planning and scheduling.

Works closely with Project Control Managers to monitor project costs and produces preliminary cost curves for client information.

Support in evaluating scope changes, contract values, cost trends impact, field order and trade-off studies.

Support in monitoring project performance against established baselines and managing any deviations or risks.

Conduct regular analysis of project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Provide accurate and timely project information to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project performance aligns with organizational goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must have Minimum 2 years of core experience in Cost Estimation function from Chemical/Oil Gas/Petrochemical Industry.
Positive understanding of project estimation techniques, methodologies and procedures.
Exposure in reading engineering drawings.

Education + Experience

Bachelors degree in mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or master's in project or construction management.
