Role: IBM Integration Designer (IID) Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID).
Develop and implement SOAP-based web services for enterprise applications.
Build complex data transformation solutions using Business Object Maps, Mediation Flows, and custom Java code.
Design and orchestrate business processes using BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance integration workflows for performance and reliability.
Participate in agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills
512 years of IT experience.
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID).
Robust expertise in IBM BPM and enterprise integration solutions.
Hands-on experience with SOAP Web Services.
Solid knowledge of BPEL.
Experience with Business Object Maps and Mediation Flows.
Proficiency in Java for custom integration development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with IBM WebSphere Process Server (WPS).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting integration applications.
