About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with
deep, hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) and
Interaction Studio. This is a critical role within our digital engagement team,
focused on building scalable, secure, and data-driven customer experiences
across digital channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions
to architect robust marketing solutions that drive personalized and measurable
engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design and documentation of end-to-end
solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring scalability, security,
and maintainability.

· Deliver seamless integration between platforms
such as Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, Java-based CRM, and Adobe Analytics.

· Provide hands-on expertise in MCP and
Interaction Studio for implementing and optimizing customer journeys and
experiences.

· Conduct code reviews and enforce development




best practices across internal and external teams.

· Collaborate with enterprise architects and
solution review boards to align technical designs with strategic goals.

· Offer technical leadership and actionable
guidance to support high-quality solution delivery.

Positive to Have Skills

· Customer Data Platform (CDP) / Salesforce Data
Cloud: Understanding of features, data modeling, and best practices.

· Mobile & Web Studio: Experience in
configuring, optimizing, and managing mobile and web-based marketing campaigns.

· Java Integration: Familiarity with Java-based
systems, especially beneficial due to integration with a custom-built CRM.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing
technology with at least 3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

· Solid understanding of marketing technologies,
personalization strategies, and omnichannel engagement.
