Job Title: Account Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales

Job Summary

An Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying current business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. They act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting the company's products or services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue current sales prospects through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).




Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
