Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
8–10 years of experience in sourcing, program management, and supplier management

Key Skills & Expertise:
Proven experience in sourcing, negotiation, dual sourcing, and supplier relationship management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and commodities related to product development and cost structures
Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Highly self-motivated,



capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) module
Experience in cost modeling and understanding of cost structures (e.g., outsourced assemblies, module-level markups, margins)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on recent product introductions (NPI) or design change projects
Ability to interpret technical drawings; experience using 3D modeling and PLM tools
Prior experience working with global suppliers and managing international sourcing relationships
