Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused MBBS Abroad Expert to counsel and guide aspiring medical students and parents regarding overseas MBBS opportunities through Yenepoya International partner university.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of international medical education, admission procedures, NMC guidelines, visa documentation, and student counseling strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS abroad opportunities.
- Explain university options, eligibility criteria, fee structures, hostel facilities, and career prospects.
- Guide students through admission procedures and documentation requirements.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities based on budget, academic profile, and preferences.

Lead Management & Conversion

- Handle student inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions.
- Maintain proper lead records and counseling updates in CRM systems.

Travel Coordination

- Support students with visa applications and documentation.
- Coordinate pre-departure activities including travel, accommodation, and orientation sessions.
- Assist students during airport departures and onboarding processes.

Market Development

- Conduct seminars, webinars, school visits, and educational expos.




- Build relationships with schools, tuition centers, and educational consultants.
- Promote Yenepoya International programs through social media and outreach activities.

Compliance & Documentation

- Stay updated with NMC regulations and international university requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of student applications and supporting documents.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in healthcare, management, or education).
- Prior experience in MBBS abroad counseling or international student recruitment preferred.
- Strong understanding of NMC guidelines and foreign medical education pathways.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil.
- Ability to build trust with students and parents.
