Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, driving lead generation, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Generate business opportunities through digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, and field marketing.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and business partners.
- Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, property launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and management presentations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
