We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock & Admin Executive to manage inventory, stock records, and administrative activities at our printing & press factory in Palghar. The ideal candidate should have experience in stock handling and basic office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
- Handle stock inward & outward entries
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
- Monitor stock levels and inform management for reordering
- Maintain stock registers and reports in Excel/ERP
Inventory Control
- Coordinate with production and purchase teams
- Ensure proper storage and material handling
- Minimize stock loss, wastage, or discrepancies
Admin Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative work at factory
- Maintain office records, files,
and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support HR/Admin tasks like attendance and basic coordination
Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
- Report discrepancies and stock issues to management
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
Skills Required:
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Printing / Manufacturing industry preferred
- Candidate staying near Palghar / Boisar / Nalasopara / Virar Western Line preferred
- Immediate joiner or short notice period
Reporting To:
- Factory Manager / Stock Keeper
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
