GM -Projects:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Execution:

- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning ensuring smooth execution.
- Develop and implement a strategic execution plan aligning with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Ensure strict adherence to project schedules while maintaining high-quality standards and cost efficiency.

2. Timeline & Progress Monitoring:

- Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
- Identify risks and proactively mitigate delays by coordinating corrective measures with the project team.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and report deviations to senior management.

3. Budget & Cost Control:

- Manage project costs efficiently by optimizing resources, materials, and contracts.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and QS teams to track expenses, approve variations, and minimize cost overruns.
- Ensure that all financial decisions align with the project’s budgetary constraints.

4. Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance:

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and approved methodologies in all aspects of construction.
- Enforce safety protocols across the project to maintain compliance with industry regulations and prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that contractors and vendors deliver quality work.

5. Stakeholder Management & Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead regular project meetings, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities for smooth project execution.

Contract & Vendor Management:

- Oversee tendering, contractor selection, contract negotiations, and finalization.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project needs.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

7. Monitoring Civil & Structures, MEP works:

- Provide leadership across civil, structural, finishing, waterproofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure that different workstreams integrate seamlessly without conflicts or rework.
- Address technical and execution challenges with expert insights and decision-making.

8. Commissioning & Handover:

- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and documentation of all MEP, civil, and finishing works before handover.
- Oversee snag identification, rectifications, and compliance before final project delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation for statutory approvals, compliance, and client handover.

9. Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of progress, costs, risks, and quality compliance.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to senior management on work status, financials, and risks.
- Ensure that all required legal, regulatory, and compliance documents are up to date.

✅ Budget & Cost Control: Strong financial acumen to monitor project expenses, negotiate contracts, and prevent cost overruns.
✅ Quality & Safety Compliance: Commitment to delivering high-quality construction while maintaining strict safety measures.
✅ Stakeholder Coordination: Strong ability to communicate with management, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
✅ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in identifying risks, analyzing problems, and implementing corrective actions.
✅ Adaptability & Crisis Management: Ability to handle unexpected project changes, delays, and challenges effectively.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20+ years of hands-on project management experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Industry Exposure: Must have experience in high-rise residential apartments, villas, and commercial projects.
- Project Handling: Must have independently handled projects from concept to commissioning.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience in handling Aluminium Formwork (AL Shuttering) works is preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Skilled), PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Software Proficiency: MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems for project tracking.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per month
