Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure maximum machine uptime through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, allocating work and monitoring performance.
- Maintain all maintenance documentation, reports, SOPs, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring breakdowns.
- Liaise with OEMs and foreign vendors for technical support, troubleshooting, and spare parts procurement.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- 8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance systems, and team management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and foreign vendors.
- Positive communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
