Job Title: Admission counsellor
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to assist prospective students with course enrollment and admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right course.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Guide students and parents through the enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to complete enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.




- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
- Experience in admissions, counseling, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
