We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse operations, including inbound processes, inventory management, and e-commerce warehouse activities. The ideal candidate should have basic system knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor inbound warehouse operations.
Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) activities accurately and on time.
Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials within the warehouse.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
Support e-commerce order processing, packing, and dispatch activities.
Follow warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to warehouse activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic computer and system operation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
Freshers with relevant knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
Understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
Familiarity with e-commerce warehouse operations will be preferred.
