Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and visual branding initiatives for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, digital creatives, and brand assets that effectively communicate project value and strengthen the company’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative marketing materials including brochures, flyers, project presentations, hoardings, standees, and advertisements.
- Develop digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and digital marketing teams to create impactful campaign designs.
- Create project branding, logo concepts, and visual identity for new real estate developments.
- Design site branding materials such as signage, banners, wayfinding boards, and hoardings.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communication materials.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.




- Review and guide junior designers and ensure high-quality creative output.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production teams for print materials.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral draw, Canava , GIF Creation)
- Experience in real estate marketing creatives
- Strong knowledge of print design, digital design, and branding
- Understanding of social media creatives and digital advertising formats
- Strong visual storytelling and typography skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience working with real estate developers or property marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
