Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Technical Consultant: You will implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data and Customer Insights – Journeys solutions end to end. This role is hands-on: configuring data ingestion and unification, building segments and audiences, designing real-time journeys, integrating with Azure and enterprise systems, and ensuring deliverability, privacy, and observability. You will partner closely with architects, marketers, data engineers, and CRM teams to deliver measurable outcomes in personalization and lifecycle marketing. Key Responsibilities • Translate business objectives into Customer Insights requirements, user stories, and solution designs. • Map source systems, data contracts, consent models, and event catalogs to CI – Data and CI – Journeys capabilities. • Define non-functional needs: scale, latency, throughput, error budgets, and SLAs. • Configure data ingestion from Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, ADF pipelines, web/mobile events, ecommerce, POS, and CRM/ERP sources.



• Set up data unification and identity resolution rules, canonical profiles, enrichments, and data quality checks. • Create measures, KPIs, calculated insights, segments, and audiences for activation. • Implement consent and preference data models and ensure alignment with regional privacy needs. • Set up exports/activations to downstream apps (Dataverse, Azure, analytics, advertising). • Build real-time triggers, event-based and segment-based entry criteria, and multi-branch journeys. • Configure channels (email, SMS, push, custom), templates, content blocks, personalization tokens, and suppression logic. • Implement deliverability foundations: domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up plans, frequency caps, and list hygiene. Set up subscription and preference centers; connect to consent data flows. • Run A/B tests, manage throttling, and optimize journey performance and reliability
