Your work profile

- Experienced Mainframe Solution Architect with 18 years of expertise in Mainframe Infrastructure, Pre-Sales, Solution Design, Managed Services, and Mainframe Modernization.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end global mainframe opportunities across North America, Europe, and Asia, from qualification and solution design through delivery transition.
- Skilled in developing solution strategies, cost models, pricing, risk assessments, SLA frameworks, transition plans, and modernization roadmaps.
- Strong experience working with CXO-level stakeholders, sales teams,



delivery organizations, and technology partners to drive business growth and successful deal closures.
- Deep technical expertise in IBM z/OS, Sysplex, SMP/E, RACF, JES2/3, USS, Storage, Disaster Recovery, Capacity Planning, Software Licensing, Data Center Migrations, and Mainframe Upgrades.
- Experienced in Mainframe-as-a-Service (MFaaS), AIOps, Observability, AI-enabled Mainframe Operations, and Cloud integration initiatives.
- Recognized for creating GTM offerings, leading POCs, supporting analyst engagements, managing vendor relationships, and enabling large-scale transition and transformation programs.
- Robust leadership, communication, customer-facing, and presentation skills with extensive international experience across the USA, Europe, and Japan.

Key Required Skills

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
