We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs for multiple clients across industries including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, e-commerce, and more.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understanding of branding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Experience:
1-1.5 years of relevant design experience (agency experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Design
- Create high-quality posts, carousels, and ad creatives
- Design engaging Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn creatives
- Follow brand guidelines for multiple clients
2. Creative Strategy & Execution
- Understand client briefs and translate them into impactful visuals
- Bring fresh, trend-driven design ideas
- Maintain consistency in brand identity
3. Branding & Visual Identity
- Work on logo concepts, color palettes, and brand kits
- Design marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, etc.)
- Ensure visual consistency across platforms
4. Video & Reel Support (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of reel/video editing
- Design thumbnails, covers, and motion creatives
- Collaborate with the video team for content execution
5. Ad Creatives & Performance Design
- Create high-converting ad creatives
- Design based on marketing goals (leads, engagement, conversions)
- A/B test variations for performance
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma is a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to handle multiple client projects
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
Bonus Skills
- Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
- Understanding of social media trends
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing psychology
