Assistant Project Manager – Interior Sites - (Residential Interiors)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Project Manager. to manage the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site activities, coordinating with clients and installation teams, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise residential interior projects from site handover to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and installation teams.
- Study work orders, drawings, and project schedules before execution.
- Conduct site measurements and verify readiness before installation.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor material delivery and verify quantities at the site.




- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project progress reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and home interior projects is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
