Job Title: Business Development Executive (0–2 Years Experience)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support the sales team. The candidate will help generate leads, assist in proposals, and support business growth in IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in generating leads through LinkedIn, online bidding portals (Upwork, Guru, PPH), and other sources.
- Support the sales team in following up with potential clients and opportunities.
- Help draft proposals, presentations, and basic client documents (PPTs, Use Case Diagrams, DFDs).
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and support tailored proposals.
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce/other systems) and track updates.
- Improve skilled communication and client interaction skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (IT preferred).
- Familiarity with online bidding portals is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and IT services.
- Strong communication,



interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn.
