1. To give all attention to patient on desk and answer all his questions to his satisfaction.

2. To follow the orders given by the O.P.D in charge

3. You are required to perform the lab tally, Card tally and cash Tally data entry and to

forward the report to your HOD.

4. You are required to track the radiology services which are pending and needed clearance.

5. To attend to the phone call for the OPD appointment & Managing the OPD appointments

6. Collecting and handing over the cash to the accounts dept.

7. You are required to carry out the daily work allotment duty of the reception staff.

8. You are required to handle the OPD issues which may comprise of doctors, patients and staff.

9. You may be required to perform the duties as a substitute and carry out billing services of

OPD, in case of absenteeism of the reception staff.

10. Your inputs are required in assisting the OPD coordinator in OPD management.

You are required for organizing, arranging and scheduling the meeting of the front office of the hospital along with maintaining the attendance muster of the meetings taking place.

12. You are required to carry out the data entry work of the feedback form of the patients

13. You are required to attend the phone calls regarding issues related to the day –to-day functioning of the purchase, HR and operations Departments.

14. Daily Reporting to the O.P.D. In charge

15. Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
