Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Industrial Automation Faculty to deliver theoretical and practical training in industrial automation technologies. The candidate will be responsible for training students on PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial sensors, control systems, and automation practices while preparing them for careers in the manufacturing and automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in industrial automation.
- Teach PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Industrial Sensors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Control Systems.
- Conduct hands-on laboratory sessions and practical demonstrations.
- Train students in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial applications.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Evaluate students' theoretical and practical performance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, automation kits, and training records.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and institute policies.
- Guide students in industrial projects, internships, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and Industry 4.0 trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI,



VFD, and Industrial Automation Systems.
- Knowledge of electrical control panels, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols.
- Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and troubleshoot automation systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior teaching, industrial automation, maintenance, or manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
