Role & responsibilities
Site Supervision
Monitor fabrication and erection activities in office.
Ensure drawings, specifications, and quality standards are followed.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and clients.
Fabrication Management
Review fabrication drawings and material requirements.
Supervise cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly works.
Ensure proper use of fabrication tools and equipment.
Installation & Erection
Supervise installation of structural steel, piping, tanks, equipment, or machinery.
Verify alignment, leveling, and dimensional accuracy.
Coordinate lifting and rigging activities.
Quality Control
Conduct inspections of fabricated components.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Monitor welding quality, NDT testing, and documentation.
Safety Management
Implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Workplace) procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow secure work practices.
Planning & Coordination
Prepare work schedules and progress reports.
Coordinate with procurement for materials and equipment.
Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
