Role & responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on retail sales and store operations.
Train candidates on customer handling, sales techniques, merchandising, billing, and inventory management.
Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and reports.
Maintain attendance, training records, and documentation.
Support trainees in improving employability and interview readiness.
Coordinate with project and placement teams to ensure successful training outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate
2+ years of retail operations experience.
2+ years of retail training experience.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Passionate about training, mentoring, and developing learners.
