Role & Responsibilities
Handle calls with US customers.
Understand basic computer issues and recommend the right technical support plans.
Explain services, pricing, and close sales.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Excellent spoken English.
Freshers or experienced candidates (International Voice/Sales preferred).
Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and computer troubleshooting.
Good communication and sales skills.
Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
