Job Title: SAP SD Lead (Sales and Distribution Lead)

Job Summary: The SAP SD Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. This role works closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end order-to-cash processes, optimize sales operations, and support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules including:
Sales Order Processing
Pricing and Condition Techniques
Shipping and Transportation
Billing and Invoicing
Credit Management
Returns and Rebate Processing
Output Management
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, FICO, WM/EWM, PP,



and CRM.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Lead workshops, design sessions, and user training programs.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
Support data migration, testing activities (SIT, UAT), and cutover planning.
Monitor production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage offshore/onshore teams and mentor junior consultants.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and SAP best practices.
Solid expertise in:

Pricing Procedures
Availability Check (ATP)
Credit Management
Intercompany Sales
Third-Party and Drop Shipment Processes
Returns Management
IDocs, EDI, and Interfaces
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales processes.
