Job Summary

The role involves managing end - to - end licensing and liaisoning activities, ensuring timely approvals from government authorities, and maintaining compliance with all statutory requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
Co - ordinate necessary licenses, permits, and approvals from government authorities
Liaise with municipal corporations, development authorities, and other regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
Track approval timelines and follow up to avoid delays
Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, project, and sales
Maintain robust relationships with external stakeholders and officials
Handle documentation, application submissions, and approvals tracking
Stay updated on regulatory changes and policies
Maintain proper records of all approvals and renewals

Qualifications Experience

Graduate in any discipline (Liaisoning Architect)

5 10 years of experience in licensing liaisoning

Experience in Real Estate / Property Acquisition BMC Approval
