Role & responsibilities
Resolve international customer queries over calls.
Interact with customers for resolving billing issues.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Atleast 1 year international BPO experience in voice process
Graduation not mandatory
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Adaptable working in rotational / night shifts
