Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify current business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch recent products and services.
Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the Indian insurance market and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with Axis Bank or similar financial institutions is an advantage.
