We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Sales Manager to drive business growth through Bancassurance partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build strong relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers to increase sales revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify recent business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch recent products and services.
Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.




Strong understanding of Bancassurance partnerships and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Axis Bank or similar financial institutions is an advantage.
