We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls for lead generation, follow-ups, customer engagement, and collection of outstanding payments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with business clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers to generate qualified leads.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
Conduct collection calls to follow up on pending payments and invoices.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams for lead status and payment follow-ups.
Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (marathi language is an advantage).
Experience in B2B calling and lead generation.
Ability to handle collection and payment follow-up calls professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word.
Strong listening, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
