Required Skills:
Deep expertise in IAM across identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and privileged access management.
Robust understanding of authN/authZ standards and enterprise integration: OIDC/OAUTH, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and API patterns (REST; SOAP helpful).
Knowledge of software engineering experience in up-to-date stacks:
Front-end: SPA frameworks (React/Angular) and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
Back-end: Java and/or .NET; microservices and traditional 3-tier architectures.
Practical scripting/automation skills: Linux shell and PowerShell.
Ability to abstract, generalize, and document patterns, robust written and verbal communication.

AI/Agentic Knowledge (Required)
Working understanding of LLM/agent concepts, tool invocation, and the security/control implications of connecting agents to enterprise systems.
Familiarity with agent tool integration approaches (e.g., MCP or similar), and secure handling of secrets/tokens/credentials.
