Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through bancassurance channels.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Axis Bank and its branches.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their performance.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or banking.
Robust understanding of the life insurance industry and its trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing large clusters of bank branches is an added advantage.
