Designation: Camp Boss
Location: Workers Camp / Construction Project Site in Hyderabad / Vijayawada / Andhra pradesh

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall administration and daily operations of the workers' accommodation camp.
Allocate accommodation and maintain records of room occupancy, arrivals, transfers, and exits.
Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all camp facilities.
Supervise catering services and ensure the availability of quality food and drinking water.
Monitor camp discipline and enforce company rules, welfare guidelines, and safety standards.
Coordinate transportation arrangements between the camp and project sites.
Handle employee accommodation-related grievances and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance,



catering, and security personnel deployed at the camp.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and asset management activities.
Prepare camp occupancy, maintenance, and welfare reports while ensuring compliance with statutory and HSE requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in any discipline with 510 years of experience in camp administration for construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Preferred: Experience managing large construction workers' camps and labor welfare facilities.
