Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Hardware Installation & Maintenance:
o Assemble, install, and configure computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
o Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to hardware components.
o Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues promptly.
• Network Configuration & Support:
o Set up and configure local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and
wireless networks.
o Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure optimal performance.
o Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized
access.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
o Provide in office and remote support to end-users for hardware and network-related
issues.
o Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.

o Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems.
• Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain detailed documentation of hardware configurations, network setups, and
support activities.
o Generate regular reports on system performance and maintenance activities.




o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in hardware and network support.
o Experience with server and desktop hardware, networking protocols, and
troubleshooting.

• Skills:
o Proficiency in hardware assembly and maintenance.
o Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
o Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
o Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
o Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
