Your roleJoin our vibrant Global IT Hub team in Hinjewadi, Pune, as a Team Leader - Data Engineering . In this pivotal role, you will drive the delivery of comprehensive, customized application development projects, focusing on advanced data processing and analytics technologies. You will lead cross-functional product teams to innovate, implement, and optimize IT solutions that accelerate digital transformation initiatives within Atlas Copco's Corporate Units.
As a Team Leader,



your mission is to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams, guiding the adoption of cutting-edge tools such as Power BI, Azure Data Bricks, Data Lake, Tableau, and ERP systems including SAP, SAP BW, and SAP BODS. You will ensure rigorous compliance with data governance policies such as GDPR and DPDP, while overseeing user management and support functions.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead full project lifecycles from initial planning, through execution, to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget constraints, and customer expectations. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, providing transparent leadership throughout project phases.
