Role & responsibilities :
Identify and meet Food Business Operators (FBOs) to onboard them as UCO suppliers for M11 Energy Transition Pvt. Ltd.
Convince FBOs to sell Used Cooking Oil (UCO) to the company at the approved procurement price (currently 69/kg, subject to change).

Enrollment Process
Complete the ISCC and Enrollment Forms.
Obtain the FBO owner's signature.
Register the FBO on the company mobile application.

Area Management
Work within the assigned territory/route.
Cover each sub-route systematically before moving to the next.

Daily Targets
Achieve the assigned daily UCO procurement target.
Example: If the monthly target is 1,800 kg over 24 working days, the daily target is 75 kg.

Daily Work Plan
Work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the assigned area.
Make 25phone calls to schedule appointments.
Conduct 25 field visits to FBOs for meetings and enrollment.





Database Management
Build and maintain an FBO database using sources such as Google, Zomato, Swiggy, and FSSAI.
Organize data route-wise and prioritize follow-ups.

Follow-up & Reporting
Record accurate remarks for every prospect.
Categorize leads based on their status (Hot/Warm/Cold).
Schedule and track follow-up dates.
Continue regular follow-ups until the FBO is successfully onboarded.

Preferred candidate profile : A Preferred candidate profile from HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) role typically has experience in the food service industry, solid sales and business development skills, and a deep understanding of the HORECA market and its trends.
