Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Design, execute, and monitor A/B tests using Optimizely Web and/or Feature Experimentation.
Define success metrics, KPIs, and hypotheses for digital experiments.
Analyze experiment performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics tools.
Interpret data and provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and stakeholders throughout the experimentation lifecycle.
Validate experiment implementation by reviewing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript elements.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of experiment results.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.




Support continuous optimization initiatives to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation and/or Optimizely Feature Experimentation.
Robust understanding of A/B Testing, hypothesis creation, statistical significance, and success metrics.
Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar digital analytics tools.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for experiment validation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
