About the Role

Bigbillion Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and experienced Regional Store Manager to take care of the operations of 8 stores operations. We’re looking for someone who’s valuable at leading teams, communicating clearly, and handling day-to-day store operations to make sure everything runs smoothly, performs well, and gives customers a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and keep track of the daily operations of 8 assigned stores.

Make sure all stores follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Support and guide Store Managers and store staff to keep things running well.

Monitor sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all stores.

Take care of inventory management, stock availability, and stock control.

Visit stores regularly to check cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards.

Manage manpower planning, staffing needs, and employee performance across all stores.





Solve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely way.

Review store performance reports and suggest ways to improve sales and efficiency.

Share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Prior experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or food & beverage store operations.

Solid leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Experience managing multiple stores will be a plus.

Knowledge of inventory management, store operations, and billing/POS systems.

Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Salary & Benefits
