Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor all finishing works including tiling, painting, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and false ceiling.
Ensure work is completed as per quality standards, drawings, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth site execution.
Conduct quality checks, snag rectification, and ensure timely handover of units.
Monitor contractor progress, certify bills, and maintain project documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company processes.
Candidate Profile
8 to 10 years of experience in finishing works for high-rise residential projects.
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Solid knowledge of finishing activities, quality control, and site coordination.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
