Key Responsibilities
Design and develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
Coordinate MEP activities with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Prepare calculations, drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and technical reports.
Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems in office.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Support project handover and maintenance activities.
