Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain the organization's identity management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for identity management, aligning with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Conduct regular audits of the identity management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on identity management systems and policies.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in identity management, applying this knowledge to improve processes.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of identity management principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control.




Experience with identity management tools and technologies, such as LDAP, Active Directory, and SAML.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and maintaining accurate records.
