Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow, SolarWinds APIs, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing API-driven integrations to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and various enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and external systems such as Cisco Meraki.
Develop and maintain API-based integration workflows across infrastructure, monitoring, and automation platforms.
Enable real-time data synchronization between ServiceNow, SolarWinds,and other enterprise systems.
Integrate monitoring and operational data into reporting platforms such as Power BI (preferred).
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure high availability and performance.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, APIs, and workflows.
Follow best practices for security, performance, and governance in integration development.

Must- Have Skills
Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)
Experience with SolarWinds APIs and enterprise monitoring integrations
Expertise in REST APIs, web services, and API-based integrations
Experience integrating Cisco Meraki with ServiceNow
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and automation workflows
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Positive to have Skills
Experience with Power BI integration and reporting
Knowledge of enterprise IT operations and automation tools
Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms is an added advantage
