Role & responsibilities
Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
Build AI solutions using RAG, Multi-Agent systems, LangChain and LangGraph.
Develop scalable AI applications using Python and contemporary ML frameworks.
Deploy AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
Collaborate with customers to understand business problems and implement AI solutions.
Drive end-to-end deployment from prototype to production.
Define deployment architecture for cloud and on-prem environments.
Work closely with product engineering teams to enhance AI platforms.
Mentor stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Required Skills
15+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, LangChain and Agentic AI.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and CI/CD.
Experience in Python, Machine Learning and Data Science.
Customer-facing consulting experience.
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Excellent communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Solution Architecture.
Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG,



Multi-Agent Systems, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab, and DevOps best practices.
Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end technical delivery and work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
