Role & responsibilities

The Dispatch Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of finished goods to customers while ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer schedules.
Ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods to meet customer delivery requirements.
Verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores, and Transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Monitor finished goods inventory and ensure FIFO implementation.
Ensure correct packing, labeling, and loading of materials as per customer requirements.




Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Wallet HR/other company systems as required.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and timely dispatch.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and documentation.
Monitor vehicle loading to prevent damage during transportation.
Support customer audits and internal audits related to dispatch activities.
Maintain 5S standards in the dispatch area.
Ensure adherence to company safety rules and PPE requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports and MIS.
