Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and generate high-value leads.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and successfully close deals.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Recruit, train, and onboard current sales executives when required.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
48 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.




Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, or e-commerce services is an advantage.
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a high-performing sales team.
