Role Highlights:
Fund Structuring & Registration: Advise on the setting up, registration, and structuring of mutual funds and related vehicles.
Regulatory Filings: Handle SEBI filings, including preparation and submission of applications on the SEBI Intermediary Portal.
Compliance Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on compliance requirements of Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Trustee Companies.
Client Engagement: Work closely with mutual fund houses, trustee companies, and financial institutions to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
Research & Analysis: Stay updated on SEBI regulations, mutual fund guidelines, and evolving industry practices; draft high-quality client advisories.

Ideal Candidate:
2019–2021 batch law graduate with 4–6 years of experience in a leading law firm or mutual fund house.




Prior experience advising or working with the SEBI Mutual Fund Division, AMCs, or Trustee Companies.
Solid expertise in laws, regulations, and compliance governing mutual funds.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and advisory skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex regulatory mandates independently.
