UAT, production deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities are executed smoothly.

8) Risk & Escalation Management

Project, technical, product, cloud, and security risks are identified early and closed with proper ownership.

9) Stakeholder Coordination

Product, cloud, delivery, support, customer, and management stakeholders are effectively coordinated.

10) Reporting & Documentation

Project plans, security trackers, risk logs, deployment checklists, status reports, and closure documents are maintained accurately.
