Role & responsibilities:
4 to 6 years of experience in Infrastructure, Production Support, or Monitoring roles.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS Infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, and networking concepts.
Experience in monitoring infrastructure and application health, analysing alerts, and performing initial troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Incident Management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
Familiarity with log analysis and production support processes.
Positive communication and coordination skills for working with L2/L3 teams.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 support workplace with rotational weekend support.

Responsibilities
Monitor applications, servers, and infrastructure.
Respond to alerts and perform first-level troubleshooting.
Log, track, and escalate incidents within SLA timelines.
Support daily operational health checks and incident management activities.
Coordinate with support teams for issue resolution and shift handovers.

Preferred: Exposure to AWS, scripting, and Banking/Financial Services environments.
