Roles and Responsibility
Develop high-quality visual elements for e-learning modules, including illustrations, graphics, and animations.
Create interactive and immersive learning experiences using various design tools and technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the learning objectives and develop designs that meet those needs.
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for e-learning platforms.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and style guide.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-learning design.

Job Requirements
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Robust understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is an asset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
